Resolved Question: Area in Cincinnati Oh., "Over the Rhine", less than 7,000 live there but managed over 32,000 9-1-1 calls?

In just 2010 alone. Could it be that the cause of this is because that area is 95% blacks? My little "Hick" town of 16,000 (99%) White had less 600 9-1-1 calls, house fires, car crash or 2, ETC. This is not a so called "rant", just asking if anybody can see the obvious on this?.. @ Smells, LOL just try to venture into Over the Rhine after 6 PM, or Noon for that matter.... Read More »
