Open Question: about a sbr ticket in cincinnati oh?

i was stopped for no front plate in cincinnati oh u must have a front plate and a back plate however i was givin a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt but when the officer stopped me i was wearing it he saw me putting it on while i was pulling out of the store and stopped me around the corner so should i fight the ticket or just pay it even though i was wearing the safety belt. thanks a bunch. no its a $104.00 ticket thank you very much.... read more
