Open Question: Baby Bunnise going to be five weeks soon. Question?

Ok so I had a litter of baby rabbits three and half weeks ago. They will be four weeks this Sunday. They already interested in solids and starting to go off their mothers milk. If they on solids and eating and I make sure that they are would it be ok if they go to their new homes when they are five weeks old? It wouldn't be this Sunday but starting with the next Sunday they could leave. So is that ok? I know it's advised to keep them with their mother for 6 weeks atleast but my mom threating to take them away. Oh and if anyone is interested in a baby and that lives in Cincinnati OH, let me know.
